Everybody Knows that the World is Full of Stupid People
The style of the driver is taken from Clone High, a wonderfully absurd cartoon that was on for only one season back in the day, and the combining of real photos with cartoons - that's straight up Muppet Babies.
As you can see, I'm continuing to experiment with layers in Photoshop. The flames were a lot easier than I had originally anticipated.
